When will You Post My Order?

Our goal is to get your goods on their way within 12 business hours of receiving cleared payment, although we do exclude weekends and NSW public holidays for delivery.

We use both Australia Post and Aramex Courier. If you have a preference, please leave a note at the checkout

Postage Time

Postage time will depend on the postcode for delivery. Use the following as a guide only. Please keep in mind that during special occasions like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and Christmas, there might be some delays due to the high volume of orders.
We understand that sometimes you are in a hurry for your order but please bear in mind we are Regional (Hunter Valley) so we do not fall under the Express Post network and are not able to guarantee overnight or Next Day Delivery

For deliveries to New Zealand we use Australia Post - International Express Post with an expected delivery time of 4-7 business days.

How do I track my Order?

Your order will be sent via either Aramex Courier or Australia Post (for PO Boxes and express deliveries).Once your order ships we will email you the tracking number so you can follow your parcels progress on its way to you.

Return of an undeliverable orders

If, for any reason, an order is returned to us by our shipping partners, Aramex or Australia Post, due to an incorrect address or if it couldn't be collected on the second attempt, we'll need to apply a small redelivery and restocking charge of $15. This charge helps us cover the return postage costs, administrative expenses, and the cost of resending the package to you.
