Our Promise to You:

  • We accept returns within 45 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the return package.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or personal items are not eligible for return.
  • Please check the product page for specific details.

    • Easy Returns Process:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team, queens@quirkz.com.au, to initiate your return and receive an authorisation number.
  • Securely package your item(s) with the original tags and packaging.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the package.
  • You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item of equal value.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days from the date we receive your return.

    • Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For change of mind or non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
